Crack

Supposedly, if you put a pan of water in the oven with your cheesecake while it's cooking the cake won't crack. Today I have discovered this is not true and for the first time in all my cheesecake baking years, it cracked.

Crack or no crack I'm eating it anyway. :o)

  1. OK now I really wish I was home!! That looks amazing. Love the rim of chocolate chips! haha i have to ask. If you have never had your cheesecake crack, then why did you change your baking method? :-P

  2. I think I've always used the water pan it's just always worked before.

    I also put chocolate chips in the crust. :o)
